We needed an exterior door replaced. We initially had some wires crossed with communication & Max missed the date we agreed upon to complete the project. When we wrote a review expressing our frustration, he was very quick to reach out. He went above & beyond to make it right. He came on a Sunday to complete the work! We are very happy with the quality of work from Max. We will definitely be keeping him in mind for future projects. He is booked out & busy though, so don’t wait around before getting on the books with him! Just another sign of his high quality work
We have used Max for three projects: exterior wood repair and painting, light fixture installation, and deck cleaning and staining. We had an amazing experience. Max took his time to make sure that each job was done correctly from start to finish. He answered all of our questions and he was super knowledgeable.
Needed front door installed with door I bought secondhand. Very happy with the results and already got compliments from the neighbors. He was professional and polite.
I’ve given Max multiple options to correct the repairs on my shed. He’s agreed to come out, then goes unresponsive and misses dates. We had him do a shed refinish, work was sloppy. See photos of the paint job and edging. He installed a window with a broken pane. Rather than asking everything be corrected, I just asked for the paint to be redone. He said he would come out between Feb 21-25. He didn’t show during the decent weather on the 21 or 22, I messaged him and asked if he would come out on the 25, and I never heard back. Update: after posting the review, Max did come back to repaint with paint we purchased. The second round of work was completed to a much more satisfactory condition.
Max is amazing! He redid my kitchen after a leak and foundation work. His estimate was more than fair. He shows up on time, communicates effectively and is willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend him for any work you need inside or out. I could not be happier with his work and will continue to call on him.
