I’ve always had the best experience with A1. They respond quickly and go above and beyond. I called on a Saturday because our water heater was leaking and made an appointment for Monday. They called me back a few hours later offering to come out Sunday without charging a weekend rate since they considered it more of an emergency so it could get resolved sooner. Now it’s Monday and I have a new water heater just like that! Fair pricing for great service and knowledgeable technicians.

Edit: The company did reach out to me to talk to me about the issues I experienced. The person who reached out was professional and concerned about every aspect of the situation. Hopefully you will have a better experience with them! ----------------------------------------------- Very nice people, but several attempts to oversell and overcharged prices on everything (including final bill...watch for them to put things in and hope you don't notice). I had an active, though minor leak in a copper pipe that I'd located and was sitting beside when I called. They gave me an arrival time from 4-8 the next day. Technician showed at 5, didn't have the proper equipment, and didn't want to work on the leak because "it was already 5" (remember, they set the time). He also tried to make other things seem like "problem areas that I need to fix" that aren't actually a problem. He took pictures, estimated an hour and that he'd come back the next day. It is clear this person never intended to resolve the leak. His visit was completely unnecessary and just a trap to get you to pay their "visit fee." The person who showed the next day did not have the information from the day before and took over two hours to do the repair. He also came to a completely different solution as to what needed to be done than the first person (again, the first person served no purpose and was a complete waste of time). I do not recommend this company, and while every employee I spoke to was polite and professional, their business is set up to trap you with a "trip fee" and suck as much money as possible from you even to do simple work.

Patrick was amazing, called me before his arrival with time he would be there. I needed my gas stove hooked up after the old one was taken away. He knew exactly what to do and got right to the job after he explained what he would do and how much it would cost. He finished quickly and checked everything through. Very polite pleasant man. The company have been great even making the appointment with Travis was great. All staff very courteous. Would definitely use again in the future

Danny and Nate made a great team! They called before their arrival. They were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, cleaned up the packaging used, and friendly! The only negative comment I have is that their supervisor walked into my home without knocking on the door, acknowledging himself, or even speaking until spoken to. That reflection is on him and not Danny and Nate. They were excellent!

Excellent service! Justin replaced my garbage disposal quickly and professionally. They arrived right on time, explained the process, and left the workspace spotless. The new unit works perfectly and doesn't leak at all. Highly recommend
