I have a geothermal HVAC unit that stopped working. Absolute Comfort came out the same day and fixed it for a very reasonable price. This was AFTER one of their competitors failed to fix this same system. I highly recommend contacting Absolute Comfort for any HVAC needs. Very professional and reasonably priced

Oh My Word!!! I discovered this company a few years ago when I saw their truck in the neighborhood, so I called when I needed help with my father’s old HVAC….they were wonderful, and provided great service to keep that system running. I called them yesterday for my house when I discovered the HVAC was not cooling properly. Technician Phil walked me through what he was troubleshooting as he went, he was professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Their service calls are reasonable, and they did not try to upsale me….. I trust this company and highly recommend them.

Company made effort to come out on air cond not running. I was told it cost $99 to come for diagnostic. Was told the breaker tripped, was reset and compressor pulled excessive Amp. Charge was $140. Nothing was fixed just was told compressor is bad and need new air cond replacement. The agreement was $99 and any repair would need my agreement. I called and reported was told to wait for someone ro get to me. I had another technician bled the freon from precious filling prior to the air cond breaker tripped It is running fine now. It is not an excessive amount per say. However, the service is short of expectation anf the charge was not agreed to.I would recommend to be careful when technician recommended ro replace with a new one since it is very expensive nowaday and find someone who is truly willing to put in some troubleshooting effort.

We recently purchased a home and needed our HVAC unit serviced. Julian was absolutely amazing and completely trustworthy—give that man a pay raise! In the past, I’ve always dealt with nothing but issues and high-pressure sales tactics from other companies, so I’m incredibly happy I went this route. Highly recommend!

Julian was awesome! He arrived early, cleaned my heat pump and gas- pack. He did find an issue with my gas pack. He showed me the issue and gave me a price on the repair. The price was fair and he had the part on his truck, so he promptly made the repair! Thank you!!!
