5 star on customer service. Ms. Jacky very nice and politely transfer me to Ms. Sharon. Ms. Sharon helped me twice. First, she sent me a quote and explained me briefly. Second time the following day, I called and asked questions. She helped me out and gave me tons of options. Very friendly staff. I scheduled an appointment with them and I will update my post for the result. Thank you ladies. Update: The appointment went well today. JC is friendly and i am amazed that he cover his shoes before coming in the house. This is important to me because I have a toddler in my house and some part of the house is carpeted! He did work well and dust the front and back of the house.. Very statisfying to watch because he knows what his doing!!!! Thank you JC and thank you Accel Pest and Termites Control!!! Wonderful service and affordable! Definitely recommend them to my friends and family!!!
Just had a property treated for ants by Jason. He did a wonderful job and was super knowledgeable and thorough. We are not from VA and own Pest Control Companies in the Mid-West. Was very impressed with Jason and his service as well as all interaction with the Accel Team thus far. Great company. Highly recommend!
Alex was great. She was incredibly informative, had a great attitude, was respectful of my home and property, and was so kind. She really went above and beyond. Even the people who answer the phones have been great. They try so hard to be accommodating. I've never had a perfect experience with a company, Accel included, but they at least try. If there is an issue, they address it quickly and professionally.
Paul was very communicative, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me great advice on the mouse issues I was having. I truly appreciate his professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help. I highly recommend him to anyone needing pest control services.
