Before coming to Aligned, I tried two other “big name” chiropractic practices for neck pain. I didn’t find ANY relief after a few months at each place. Almost gave up and just accepted this is how I am going to feel for the rest of my life. Then a few friends recommended Aligned, and now this is the only place I will recommend!! Dr. Ralph is way more thorough than I have experienced before, and each visit is different depending how my body is that day. I started only a couple months ago and already feel a huge difference in my everyday life. I’m extremely active in sports and training, and I can now compete and workout without constant neck pain or being sore for days after. Aligned is also the best fit, financially, that I have found.

Dr. Nebling is the best. I've been coming here for pain almost 3 years. I've had sessions through 2 healthy pregnancies, and everything in between. I always walk out feeling so much relief. Best in the game and I wouldn't go anywhere else. 💯

I started to come to Aligned Chiropractic and Wellness because I was having severe sciatic nerve issues. The four months I’ve been coming here. My sciatic nerve has calmed down a lot. I told the doctor I thought I would never see the light at the end of the tunnel and I was thinking I might have have to go see a specialist to have surgery on my sciatic nerve. I’m glad I did not, chiropractic care is important. You could feel the results as you’re walking out the door. It also has helped me with my vertigo.. I just have to say I’m just very thankful that I found this awesome place.

I'm not sure if I finished my review the other day, So I am gonna put another one in, I just wanted to let everybody know that I was in tears when I first came in to Align Chiropractic, my left leg was dragging, I had a muscle spasm the size of my fist in my left hip and I was just jacked up all over the place very tight muscle spasms and hurting. The look on Dr. Ralph's face when he saw me was pure concern. Once I got on the table if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have been able to survive the next day!!!! I was an excruciating pain And I am the type of person that does not like to take any type of medicine because I get kidney stones!! He adjusted me, he activated me and did a few things that really helped me. I felt a lot better instantly!!!! He told me to go and sit down for a little bit and that he would look at me again after the client that he just got in to see, if he could adjust me any further to help me be able to go back to work. After he adjusted me I was able to walk around the office and I felt much, much better!!! I was diligent with the ice and within 2 days I was able to go back to work, but I was very careful because the slightest move, I was afraid i would knock my vertebrae out, And the pain would come back. Within 4 visits I was back to work I did have to take a mostly laxer and ibuprofen just while I was working cause I am a mobile groomer and it's very physical. I signed up for his monthly program and I feel much better my head doesn't feel like it weighs 50 pounds, he adjusted me for my cough, he adjusted me for everything I needed and I highly highly recommend him. His prices are very reasonable and you are in and out within 15 minutes

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Ralph for over 4 years. We recently moved to NC and can't find anyone like him, so we drive 1.5 hrs to have him fix our broken bodies. I've been going to chiropractors for over 40 years and Dr. Ralph is the most exceptional one we've found. He is so diligent and ready to listen to.our issues. The best chiropractor we have found in the 4 states we have lived. THANK YOU DR RALPH!!
