Very service, quick turnaround, and clothes did not come back with a chemical smell
Atlantic Cleaners has two incredibly convenient locations in Virginia Beach, so no matter what end of the city you're on, they've got you covered. The staff is friendly, the service is professional and fast. But even better than that is their quality of service. Every item I've ever dropped off has been returned in like-new condition, beautifully pressed, and crisp and clean. My clothing never comes back smelling like chemicals (yes, I've had that problem before at other cleaners.) Thank you for being a locally-owned family business I can TRUST with all my clothing. #supportlocal !
Consistently great job dry cleaning our clothing. Staff is very friendly and polite. The drive up window makes it very easy to drop off and pick up your clothes. Excellent dry cleaners.
Brought in a shirt dress to be pressed, amazingly it came back with more wrinkles than it had before. The dress was not unbuttoned when pressed, leaving terrible deep wrinkles over the buttons. I'm now expected to wait 4 more days while they fix it. In my opinion this was an indication of very lazy work if they can't first unbutton 6 buttons to have a nice clean press. My first and last time visiting these cleaners.
Been a consistent customer for years and our clothes always come back clean, properly pressed and on time! Staff are very friendly. Great customer service!
