Darren, was especially awesome—professional, responsive, and made everything straightforward. The crew did an incredible job tackling a high-pitched roof with multiple skylights, which is no small task. The quality of the work really shows. Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and clearly took pride in what they do. I had an excellent experience with Jeremy from Best Roofing of Virginia while obtaining a roofing estimate. From the very first phone conversation this contractor was professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with. He arrived on time, listened carefully to my concerns, inspected the roof thoroughly, and took the time to explain what he was seeing in a way that was clear and easy to understand. Jeremy patiently listened to my concerns and responded with professionalism and care. It mattered to him that I didn’t feel that I was being taken advantage of in any way. As a woman, I appreciated that Jeremy did “man-splain” at any point and he did not make the process feel rushed or pressured at any point. The estimate was provided promptly and included helpful details about the recommended work, materials, and overall scope of the project. And he followed up frequently to make sure that no assumptions were made on my part; that he covered everything clearly and thoroughly. Compared with other contractors I met, this experience stood out because of his honesty, experience, attention to detail, and willingness to answer questions. I met with a total of six other roofing companies and his quote came in exactly where I expected it to be; not too low (where costs would get added at the end, inflated after they low-balled me to capture our business) and not so high that I would know that I was being ripped off in comparison to all of the other quotes. Overall, the entire process was smooth, informative, and reassuring. The roofing products were of high quality with everything that we were initially concerned about. I am happy to write this review after having spent time with Jeremy over time in person, via text messaging and over the phone. I would feel very comfortable recommending Jeremy of Best Roofing of Virginia’s services to others.

Hands down as the best Roofing company in the Hampton Roads Area! Jeremy explained in detail the work that would be completed and the things that other roofing companies wanted to charge me for. They were very instrumental in removing my solar panels and reinstalling better than before! Removed Directv dish and reinstalled with no issues or downtime! Their price was exceptionally well below that of other roofing companies. Not only was roofing completed in one day along with cleanup, but they came out next day to walk my grounds and ensure property was clean of debris! Outstanding workmanship! these are guys to call for a roofing inspection or replacement!

Great customer service and clear communication. Best Roofing was able to come out quickly to look at our roof and provide a clear assessment of what was wrong, including photos. The technician communicated clearly about what needed to be repaired. Felt like they take a lot of pride in their work.

Best Roofing of Virginia was an incredible company to work with! After receiving several quotes from various local roofing companies, we decided to go with Best Roofing because of their competitive prices and the project manager, Ty, was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and gave thorough detailed answers to help us understand every step of the process. He made us feel confident that they not only knew what they were doing but also had our best interests at heart. We were extremely pleased throughout the entire process. Ty went above and beyond to help us make an informed decision on the various options that would best suite our roofing needs. He was always available to communicate, respectful, on time, and positive to interact with. It was also reassuring that the company owner, Don, stopped by to check on the work being done. We could tell he cares deeply that all their customers are completely satisfied with the results and process. The workers cleaned up after themselves and the finished product looks amazing! We are super happy with the result and despite replacing our entire roof including removing the old roof, putting on new wood panels, shingles and all other steps, they managed to get it done in only 2 days! Highly recommend!!
