Huge shoutout to Tyler at Drain Masters! He came out and completely took care of our plumbing issues with professionalism, skill, and a great attitude from start to finish. He repaired our outside spigot flawlessly and also fixed a frustrating leaky kitchen sink that had been giving us problems. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done the right way — no shortcuts. He even took the time to explain what was going on and cleaned up afterward, which says a lot these days. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. Reliable, respectful, hardworking, and honest. The quality of work was top-notch and everything is working perfectly now. Trevor was great to work with. He came out to check our hot water heater and took his time explaining what he was seeing, showed us photos, and made thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. He also gave helpful advice on flushing the system to keep it running well. While he was here, we asked if he could take a look at an old faucet that ended up being a real pain to remove, but he stuck with it and handled everything professionally. Super respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. You can tell he cares about doing the job right, and his company should be proud to have him. 🫡 BTW Drain Masters came out when no one had openings today! thanks!! because I leave to go out of town tomorrow 😅 I will be calling Drain Masters Plumbing for future projects

I had a great experience with this company. They were able to come out the very next day, which I really appreciated. Trevor was professional, knowledgeable, and took his time to locate the leak while cutting into the wall as little as possible. Once he found it, he showed me exactly where the leak was and made the repair on the spot. About 30 minutes later my pipe was as good as new. Although no one likes unexpected plumbing issues, Trevor made the experience as stress-free as possible. I would definitely recommend him and this company for anyone needing plumbing services.

Ryan from DrainMasters was extremely professional and courteous. He installed our new sink, toilet and fixed my washer! He quickly and did a great job. Very friendly and respectful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend his services!
