The best flooring installation company! The entire process was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. They were always on time—never late—and their communication was outstanding from start to finish. What really stood out was how they handled everything for us. They picked up all the materials and brought them directly, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The team was extremely professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. We’re very happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality flooring installation!

I had a great experience with Floor Trader. I was able to zero in on exactly what i was looking for with some help from staff. It was quick and easy ordering … carpet came within days and they suggested an awesome installer who was very attentive to our requests. We will definitely use everyone again!

The guys at floor trader of Virginia are helpful knowledgeable ready whenever call the phone service I received from Chad and I apologize, but I cannot remember the gentleman that I spoke with when I came into the actual warehouse, but Chad had went to lunch and this other gentleman that helped me at the desk was just as helpful. Kudos to you guys upfront now good service upfront when I pulled around to the back bay doors to get loaded up, a gentleman met me immediately took my ticket, jumped on a forklift, grabbed my materials and helped me load them onto the truck. I appreciate you guys and what you do. Thanks. Best regards Doug Birch

Floor trader crushed this job for me! They were by far the most cost efficient between 3 separate companies that I got quotes from and they had the quickest availability (same week as request). The quality of the material is great and the installation was timely. My family, including my shepherd, are very pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend.

I was hoping for a good experience shopping at Floor Traders since they had many selections that I’d like. After picking out the carpet that I wanted and taking several pictures of samples of carpets that I like, I proceeded to order. First order came in incorrect after taking five days for delivery. The manager re-ordered my carpet after emailing him of the pictures that I ordered and the carpet that was laid. which was much brighter than what I saw in the store. The second Carpet came in after another five days and luckily the installer showed me the carpet before laying it, and it was the exact same color so the color is different than the sample that they had listed in the store. I was offered a discount to keep the carpet, but unfortunately with having a toddler I didn’t wanna carpet that was almost white looking so we proceeded to order another carpet that was darker different from the sample that I originally wanted for the third time which took another five days. Now I’m looking at a seam running across the middle of my floor. I was no longer offered any compensation for all the mistakes that was made. The manager felt by not charging me to return the carpet that was an error on their end. I don’t know how he thought that was a favor to me. He did his best. Unfortunately I would not recommend Floor Traders to any one I know and that is the reason for the three stars.
