We had Marcus Hagins come to our house for quarterly service. He did really good job. He took his time to make sure every area in the house is sprayed. We are dealing with ants a lot. He also used gel bait for ants. This is the third time he helped us. He has extensive customer service skills. I really appreciate him for helping us.

The fact that I had to tell this man FOUR times that I'm not interested is actually insane.. then I told him that I have someone to take care of it already and he said "well I doubt they are professionals" then proceeded to tell me how he has to kill the bees because they are a problem (why would I want to kill the bees????) Then proceeded to tell me that I should get them because the couple down the street has them, turns out that was a LIE. Then everytime I said no thank you he said "well I'm still going to send my guys out here so"... excuse me????? No means no. And you horrible solicitors need to get that in your heads. Also not everyone is from VA. I am from Texas, and when we say to get off our property we mean that. So no I will not use your services. No you will not keep sending your people to my house at all hours of the day. And next time I see anyone from your company at my doorsteps, the cops will be called. Your company should really be ashamed of how you have employees that literally harass new homeowners. And if you're the owner of this company, contact me because I have video.

Arion Hall came out today and braved a massive hornets nest that was hidden in a bush next to my front door the same day it was found. He worked late and the company dispatched him knowing it was an emergency. I was thrilled this was part of my service plan, and that they didn't attempt to tack on an additional charge. More importantly is that Arion has made a good effort to develop a personal rapport with me as a client so when I realized he was the one looking after this issue for me today I already felt a lot better before he even got here. He exhibited some real courage, grit, and fortitude going toe to toe with those things as they swarmed him. They sprayed him with venom and came at him full force. After a few minutes he handled the nest and wiped out most the colony. Only a few stragglers remained, and I should be in a good position to cut down and remove the bush soon. I am so grateful of his willingness to do this job for our community every day. Thank you FPC, but more importantly thank you Arion! He is an example of why I keep using your company.

Robbie was awesome! He explained what he was going to do, the products he would use, where, and why he would use them. When he finished, he rung the doorbell to let me know he’d finished. If I had any concerns or issues, to please contact them immediately for a remedy. I was thoroughly pleased and I’m looking forward to a good, working relationship with Fox! Keep up the great work and keep your knowledgeable employees!

I have been a Fox customer for over 5 years with multiple services. Over the last year I have been battling roof rats in my attic and crawl space. I have had Fox come in my attic and crawl many times to help me identify where they are coming in and how we can fix it. They are difficult to even get them to come inside and check the attic or crawl. All they did was put traps down, plug a couple spots, and that was it. I was shown a couple spots that were plugged to stop them from coming in. Fast forward to now, I have an even worse problem. The traps have done nothing, the new company I had come take a look took mere minutes inside and outside and found all the ways they were getting in and causing damage. I was flabbergasted at how much Fox had been missing all of this time. I cancelled them immediately and hired this new company. The new company came the next day and began working and plugging holes. They are also cheaper than FOX and provide more services for their monthly fee. I also like the new company being a local family owned company. Now have to pay thousands of dollars to repair damages after the new company comes to help remove the rats and repair all of the damage as well as decontaminate the attic, crawl, and replace duct work. I hired Fox to help prevent this, they didn’t help in the slightest. I would give them a -10 rating if I could.
