Great company to work with. Geoff came and gave me the estimate answered any questions and provided a very fair price for a new roof. He stayed in contact through the process and never made me feel rushed. Their team came and got the roof done quickly and nicely done. They cleaned up everything and were careful with my plants and shrubs. Highly recommend this company due to their fair prices and most importantly honest communication. Thank you for my new roof.

I recently had my roof replaced by Gilpin Roofing. This was my second time using this company.. I had no complaints about my first experience and often recommended them to friends who were looking for roofers. My second experience was not so positive. After contracting for a specific price, I was surprised when the invoice came in at $310.00 higher. Their contract specifically stated that any changes that resulted in additional costs would have to be signed off by both parties in writing. I was never informed of any additional charges. When I questioned it, the company gave me an inane response, telling me that this only applied to changes before the job started and the need for additional materials was only discovered after the existing roof was removed. Additionally, they stated, it was only a small percentage of the overall cost of the job so they did not have to get my approval for the upcharge. They did not honor the policy in their own contract. I am dissatisfied with that and their response. Also, I am still picking up nails which they were supposed to clean up. After the job was completed, they came to my house unannounced and and opened the gate and went into my back yard. My dog was outside and fortunately he did not choose this day to run away. I would think a professional with many years in this business would know better. I will not use or recommend this company again.

I had a leak in my roof going into my attic. I did some researching and I ended up choosing Gilpin roofing. Rated number one in roofing installation and repair, they were in my same area code which made it very convenient. I called them up and I spoke with their representative Tina Taylor, who is an amazing employee, very knowledgeable and informed me on the procedures. because of the backlog of work, my appointment was going to be pushed out a minimum of three weeks, which was absolutely fine. Tina answered all my questions And concerns… She's a stellar employee, kind and considerate and took care of everything for me as far as setting up the appointment. Immediately the owner of the company Mr. Gilpin came out to my address first thing in the morning we went up in the attic and he reviewed the issues I was having and fairly explained it to me and what needed to be done .Mr Gilpin sent me my price quote shortly after which was very affordable. and of course, I accepted it. After meeting Mr. Gilpin and talking to Tina Taylor, I decided to use their services. They were so professional and explained everything so thoroughly and the price was a lot less than I expected that it was going to be. I want to personally thank you, Mr. Gilpin and you, Tina Taylor for setting everything up and taking good care of me. The professionalism and expertise was absolutely amazing. Thank you Mr. Gilpin and thank you, Tina.. As it ended up, they ended up scheduling me two weeks early than what was projected. The technician Jason came out first thing in the morning. He went up in the attic and looked at the issue where the water was entering the attic and immediately went to work. He explained everything as well before he went up on the roof, friendly and professional, and when he was finished, he explained everything that he had to do up there and he completed the job in record time. Once he had finished the job, he cleaned up everything after he completed the work up on the roof and before he left, he thoroughly explained to me what he had done,again, Thank you ! It was by far the best interaction I have ever had with any contractors. I highly recommend you using Gilpin roofing for any and all roofing issues thank you, Mr. Gilpin, thank you so much, Tina, and thank you so much Jason because of you three I am a customer for life and if any of my friends or family ever have roofing issues or roof replacements, I am going to highly recommend Gilpin roofing. Thank you all again for your professionalism and affordable price. And making me feel so important as a client. Do not change a thing you are amazing . Again, thank you and your staff for an amazing job a true BLESSING .Thank you so very much! I highly recommend Gilpin roofing you will not be disappointed. The final cost for the work done for me was $675 originally $575 but some of the wood was completely demolished by the water and needed to be replaced. Still an outstanding unbelievable great price! Thank you all again great job from beginning to the end. I'm a customer for life !!

Only roofing company we would use. We have used Gilpin Roofing since the 1990s, and my parents had this company replace their Mansard roof in the late 1990s, early 2000s. Locally owned, NOT A FRANCHISE. I wouldn't trust my roof to anyone else. The owner is great to work with and delivers superior workmanship and quality. You cannot go wrong in using this company for whatever roofing needs you may have.

I am very pleased and impressed with Gilpin Roofing. They arrived early on the day that we had agreed to, removed the old roof, installed the new roof, and cleaned up; all in one day. They also returned the next day to assure all nails and debris had been removed, to verify that the HVAC lines had not been damaged, and to clean up any scuffs on the siding that may have occurred during the roof removal. In short, they are professional, easy to work with, use quality products, and simply do a great job. I highly recommend them for any roofing projects.
