Charles (and Greg) did a great job helping when our water heater failed. Couldn’t be happier - Greg was super responsive and getting someone here to assess our situation and. Charlie did a great job installing the new one. They explained everything well, were honest and accurate in their pricing and cleaned up afterwards. While he was here, Charlie also installed a new kitchen faucet and addressed an issue with the pipes underneath the sink. Definitely recommend and will use Guaranteed Plumbing and Mechanical again.

We had a great experience with Garunteed Plumbing. Greg, the owner, was extremely professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. He made the entire process easy and kept us informed every step of the way, which we really appreciated. The whole team was respectful, punctual, and professional throughout the job. We needed to replace our electric water heater with a new gas water heater, and they handled the installation quickly and efficiently. After the installation, we did run into some heating issues, but Greg personally came out that same night to take care of it. He stayed until everything was fully resolved and made sure the system was working properly before leaving. Overall, the service was top-notch—professional, high-quality work you can trust. Highly recommend!
My son needed an electric tankless water heater replaced and Greg was very great about giving him written options to accommodate his needs and tried to keep in mind his budget constraints. He is quick to respond back, shows up on time, and very courteous and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend his company to anyone.
