We’re talking everything from rebuilding full ductwork systems, to drilling geothermal wells, to installing multiple geothermal HVAC systems, to revamping and installing a brand-new well pump setup. we've found our "guy" and won't be looking for another business to do our HVAC. we've always felt that they were honest and have always left us with a working system. they are very thorough in communication with what issues there are and what options there could be to fix it. you won't feel like they're putting a bandaid on anything. because they actually care about the quality of work they provide. Evan. helped us today and he was amazing. he should get a prize.

Everything went smoothly and seamlessly from the time I called into the office and spoke with Lydia to schedule an appointment to the time that the service technician came to the house and performed the tasks necessary to get my AC system up and running. Everyone was very friendly and personable yet well knowledged in the tasks at hand. My technician's name was Tim and he called me 30 minutes before his estimated time of arrival. He just wanted to give me a heads up that he was on his way which I truly appreciate since I'm in a wheelchair and it sometimes takes me a little bit longer to make a transfer back into my chair if I'm not there already. He was very thorough in checking all systems and being sure that he had not overlooked anything. And if that were not enough, he was actually very polite and a truly caring individual as he told me that he was going to make a quick stop at a convenience store to pick up a snack and asked me if he could get me anything. I have never in my life had a technician who was coming to my home to repair an Appliance or system within my home ask if I wanted them to pick up something for me from the store. I really thought that was so sweet and completely unexpected and such a very pleasant surprise. But no, I did not take him up on his offer as I was set in terms of snack foods and the like. I would definitely choose this company again for any type of heating or Cooling repair or maintenance. Last year at this time they installed an air handler for me for my AC unit that was far more reasonable than any other company in the area was offering. Of course I chose them to install the unit and I do not regret it not one bit! They were quick, clean, efficient, polite, cleaned up after themselves, and, extremely professional in their work as well as their demeanor. That was very refreshing as you don't see that level of politeness too often anymore. So if you are wondering whether or not to hire this company to do your HVAC heating and cooling services, don't hesitate! They are absolutely awesome!

Recently had a HVAC installation done..I dealt with Bo and he was very easy to work with making a decision.While he was there he discovered I actually had a gas leak in my attic and promptly called someone to correct the issue. I went ahead and and purchased a replacement unit and the team that showed up was very professional. They were on time went to work and answered all my questions. I wish I had all the names but either way they were great to work with.My interaction with this company was above my expectations.once they were done they made sure my wife and I had a thorough understanding of our new system…..I can’t thank you enough and hats off to your team…
