Tiffany and Lou are wonderful. Originally the idea of a chiropractor made me nervous, but they put me a such ease. They're patient and knowledgeable, which helped put my worries at rest. I would highly recommend this cute family practice.
I used In Good Hands Chiropractic when I started a new work out routine. Several years ago. While it didnt emilnate the pain, it helped to keep me moving in a balanced way. I later also used their services for my twin pregnancy. I was pain free throughout my pregnancy and I attribute a lot of that to Dr. Lou and Dr. Tiffany. Their office space is also a wonderful atmosphere. They are truly there to advocate and help their clients. I would highly recommend anyone us them for all their chiropractic needs.

Dr. Lou 👍🏻👍🏻 Closing in on 16 years with Drs Lou and Tiffany. Always great, always friendly, but most importantly, has never failed in getting my back in good operating order. Even when there's been a long lapse, Dr Lou works wonders. I highly recommend In Good Hands Chiropractic for any ache, pain, and ongoing back alignment maintenance for a good, healthful life in VB. In Good Hands has been such a gift to our family. We have an infant and we’re struggling with breastfeeding latch, so meeting with a lactation consultant who then recommended In Good Hands. The team has used such gentle touch with techniques to help in the adjustment experience. Now I am seen here as well, so it is becoming a family event!
