We have been on the fence about about replacing our heating and air unit which was in the concrete floor to in the attic and Jason and team helped us fully understand the process and walked us through start to finish! J T Mechanical immediately responded to my need for help in fixing the handler for a heat pump. The problem was quickly diagnosed and a part was ordered. The part was installed promptly with a full explanation. The technician who worked on my heat pump was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I plan to call on them again in the future.

Jason and his crew diagnosed my a/c problem and gave me the options of repairing or replacing my a/c condenser. Due the age of my unit I asked JT to replace the condenser.
