Justin Deprimo is obviously professional HVAC technician and conducts himself in a professional manner. Justin knew everything he needed to do and understood the problem upon arrival - and gave me great confidence that he would resolve the issue. The issue was resolved. He understood and respected my concerns and questions. Justin resolved the heater issue that left us without heat for almost a week in this bad weather and low temperatures. This is the kind and type of employee any establishment who understands maintenance, understands reliability and trust, and anyone who values repeat customers and overall brand respect and loyalty. Based on my brief interaction I would hire Justin as an employee because of his professionalism. Kellam is fortunate to have a dedicated employee like Justin.

I had a fantastic experience with Brandon and his trainee! From the moment they arrived, they were both professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. Brandon took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated, and his trainee was just as attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. You can tell they both genuinely care about doing the job right and making sure their customers feel comfortable and informed. They were incredibly thorough and didn’t rush through anything, yet still managed to be very time efficient. Everything was handled smoothly and with great attention to detail. On top of that, their kindness and positive attitudes made the whole experience completely stress-free. It’s not always easy to find people you can trust, but Brandon and his trainee truly exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and professional plumbers!

This company is responsible for saving my family's life, literally. Their technicians are the best in Hampton Roads bar none. We had a carbon monoxide leak unbeknownst to us. It had been doing so since the home was purchased, the housing inspector actually had a photo which stated "looks good" in his notes in the inspection. Despite having carbon monoxide alarms & the FD come out, no one knew what was setting the alarms off. The following year we had Kellum give an estimate for a total ducting replacement, it was then their technicians noticed the reversed flue. It wasn't part of the repair but it was discussed, etc & it was repaired while they were doing the HVAC ducting. We have been with Kellum since. This company's technicians are thorough, professional, knowledgeable & genuine. We've had a few technicians from HVAC to plumbing, Joseph, John & Blake to name a few have been a joy to work with. This military & first responder family can highly recommend this company. Thank you Kellum🙏🏻

Google will only let me post one review, even though I had three distinct services provided by Kellam, so here are all three: 1) Electrical: Kyle (electrician) did a super job to advise us and provide estimates for various electrical home upgrades we have in mind. Our priority project was to install lighted ceiling fans in two bedrooms that lacked any ceiling light (so process required attic access). Thanks to Kyle’s advice, we provided two lighted ceiling fans that we picked out on our own. Kyle expertly installed them today and we are super happy with the results!! The work was scheduled very quickly from our initial request to Kellam Mechanical. Kyle communicated everything we needed to know very clearly and concisely. We are very pleased. Thank you Kyle! 2). HVAC: We were very glad to see Kellam HVAC technician Gilberto Yan, yesterday for our HVAC inspection (part of our service plan). He did a thorough job and communicated the recommendations to us to ensure optimal efficiency of our outdoor air conditioning condenser, and ensured that we received estimates to help us decide when we will upgrade our existing HVAC equipment. Thank you, Gilberto!! 3). Plumbing g: brand new 1/2hp garbage disposer installed expertly by Adam the plumber! Super jobs well done!! 5 stars all around!

Technician arrived on time. Explained everything throughly and efficiently, and showed me all of the options in an easy to understand manner. I signed off on the work and he got right to it, needed speciality part, ran out and got it quickly, then wrapped up all the agreed upon work. He was very pleasant and I would hire him and this company again, with no hesitation!
