I noted that my garage door would not open completely this morning. CoPilot recommended 3 garage door repair shops & I chose Lion Garage Door. I called their office & fortunately, they could send a repair tech today! Will, the Tech, arrived within the time period & quickly diagnosed the problem - a broken torsion spring for my double car garage door which needed to be changed - he showed this to me. After replacing the spring, he noted that the left torsion cable was frayed & risked breaking, also showed to me, so new cables were needed Fortunately, he had these replacements in his truck. After replacing these, he adjusted the Chamberlain electric door opener & made sure the garage door opened & closed to my satisfaction. Job well done - thanks!

Great experience with the Lion Garage Door team, their service/timing set the bar very high. Eliza answered my initial inquiry like a champ and got us scheduled for the following day. Joel met us promptly at eight to review replacing the door and opener. Budgets are tight for all of us- he inspected the door and advised it was just fine. Opener was cooked and he shared options for a great, upgrade replacement. NO HARD OR UPSELL, just responded to our needs. William came at 1 pm later in the day and was done by 3. Super professional, set the remotes, and walked us through the app to work it through our phones. We couldn't be more pleased with the interaction and results.
Michael was phenomenal and very friendly. He even explained how and why different parts of the garage door were essential before I agreed to get work done. I'd recommend this company times 10 to anyone looking for a professional job with remarkable customer service.
William West was our installer of our garage door spring same day I called for repairs. Good communication during the 1 hour installation. Paid balance at the end and William went on to next job. I then pulled our car into garage and when I closed the door, it did not close. Both cables that run along each side channel had come loose. Called main office and shortly, William returned. Reinstalled cables, made adjustments to the door and fully functional now. Excellent return service.
