It was our first time visiting, and while it was exciting, it was also a bit overwhelming because of the incredible selection and variety of rugs to choose from. Fortunately, we were greeted by Christian, who took the time to guide us through the different categories and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Thanks to his knowledge and patience, we felt much more confident as we browsed and knew exactly what to look for. We'll be back again thanks to him!

Amazing experience! Christian Higuchi is extremely helpful, highly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. For instance, I searched for over 40+ rugs! Despite my meticulousness, Christian patiently helped find the perfect runner! The best experience rug shopping! Their selection is amazing and no pushy sales people. Christian Huguchi was incredible! His knowledge was impressive. Our puppy had torn up the edge of our favorite rug and we weren’t sure if it could be repaired. We brought our rug into Gonzenhauser’s and the Castro brothers did an amazing job of repairing and cleaning our large rug in record time.
