Jose and his team were amazing! From the estimate visit to the actual work, Jose was responsive and transparent. His team replaced my old hot water heater in my attic with a tankless heater and were able to start and finish the job in the same day, which included electrical and plumbing work. I was incredibly impressed with Jose’s availability and the quality of the work performed, as well as the incredibly reasonable price! I immediately hired his team for another project, and will continue to do so in the future! Thanks, Jose!!

After a few weeks of entering my email “wrong”, a proposal for work on my house was finally sent. I accepted the proposal and talked to Jose on the phone. I was directed to have my tenants schedule with him. They kept getting the run around for almost 2 months before being completely ignored. When I contacted Jose to see what was up, he gave me different direction and then cancelled the job. This set us back several months of work. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

Medrano and Sons saved my project from a bad contractor. They showed up and helped me finish my Kung Fu School quickly at very reasonable prices. They scheduled all my inspections, walked me through the entire process, and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Not only that, but the work was extremely well done. In just two months they created a new back deck, installed insulation, drywall, moulding, trim, and HVAC that passed all the city inspections for a commerical property. I felt like they had my back the entire time and wanted me to get my business up and running just as much as I did. Thank you all for the amazing work and the quick turnaround!
