They have the best customer service hands down. Everyone there is very friendly, and they do anything they can to get you what you need. You get more of a personal experience than what you would get at other tile shops. You also get free design consultations, and the designers are great at what they do. They are my go to, I've been a solid customer/contractor for 4 years at this location.

Good products, but crap when it comes to having their customers best interests. Had 5 boxes of tile left over when the project changed and due to their vendors return policy for “special order” items i was left with the excess. Why do business with vendors that leave your customers out in the rain? I’ve used these folks 3-4 times, never again! Lowes or Home Depot have way better customer service and return policies. Dont take your $5k-$10k project, order any excess and be screwed on the back end with these folks. They had the nerve to tell me i should have measured correctly- crazy thing is im an actual engineer with decades of experience, but yea i’ll eat this one up. Never again.

This place is a tile superstore. They have every type, style, and permutation of all tiles and stone you can think of. Fast service as well. I placed an order and it arrived the next day. I did not pick it up, however, because I was not ready and it weighed a lot. Always ask about items on sale. There are a lot of products half off that aren’t displayed. If you just want ideas take a walk through the store.

Beautiful selection, and displays but the staff is not super friendly. In fact, we’ve been put off by their lack of friendliness both times and won’t be going back.

Looking for unique tile, and vanities. This is your goto store in Hampton Roads. A great place to start. Very knowledgeable staff from design to delivery.
