Was surprised when he told me I owed $99. For a service fee. The secretary whom booked the appt didn’t share at all that I’d have a fee or that if I needed additional services/work done that those fees would applied. Very unprofessional in my opinion. The tech then stated that he doesn’t work on the system I have because it was an older model. How in the world would I have known that pre-booking the appt. Then sharing he can’t work on what needs to be done & telling me I needed a new unit. I asked hpw much & he said around $900-1000. Without telling me the brand of the unit, etc details. I feel this company owes me my service charge back but not informing the customer/client about these fees before coming out to my home. There are many companies around the tidewater area that I could have contacted, but you all were referred to me through a neighbor. Very disappointing. I switched to Mr. Comfort after 10 years with another company's maintenance plan and the difference was dramatic from the start. I lost AC and had a tech at my house within two hours of calling. Chris diagnosed the problem in less than 2 minutes and had it fixed in 10. He knew what he was doing and didn't try to cross-sell anything extra while he was there. Awesome knowledge and service!

Jayden was very knowledgeable and friendly. She makes sure the client understands what she is doing . When Jayden found a problem she quickly explained what was needed and got the estimate I needed for repairs in a timely fashion. Jayden made sure I was happy before leaving. I would definitely recommend Mr Comfort and Jayden for their services.
