Zach was exceptional! He came on short notice, educated us on what he was doing and why it mattered, really worked with us on the price given our circumstances and then spent 8 hours in the heat in our utility shed gutting our old split bus panel and upgrading to a new, modern and much safer panel! He has been excellent to work with! He would not leave until our power was restored! I have included before and after photos below, we will be calling him for all our future electrical needs! I had a redevice where all the old outlets and light switches were replaced. Zach and Derrick showed up on time and did an excellent job. Both Techs were very professional and knowledgeable. This was my second visit from Zach and he explained the process thoroughly and is a true professional. The job was completed that same day. I’m extremely happy with my EV charger install. Jasper, the technician that did my install was super nice and knowledgeable. He hid the wires in the wall which gives it a clean look. He provided a free estimate and did the install during the same visit. I would definitely recommend using this company for all your electrical work!

I had a major issue with my power. Half my power was out in my home. Mr Electric quickly returned my call and set up an appointment for the same day. My electrician was Jasper he checked everything thoroughly and found the problem It was an issue with my power co. Jasper was so professional and knowledgeable. His genuine concern for my family safety was so comforting. My electrical panel had to be replaced along with the outside meter and Jasper took care of it all today. He showed up first thing this morning and worked all day to make sure that we were not without power for too long . I will be calling on Mr Electric again for more updates on my home . I will definitely be recommending Jasper with Mr. electric to family and friends
