UPDATE: After 2nd fix water is coming in worse. See picture. I am demanding a full refund. Absolutely worse repair. Extremely expensive (800.00) for adding weather stripping to stop a french door leak and having a board screwed in front of the threshold to stop water entry. Below are photos from the first fix. We had to have the company back a 2nd time to reseal the doors correctly the next day because there was still a gap. I will update on how the fix holds up after the first rain.

I recently used Mr. Handyman for two projects. The first was disassembling a complicated wooden bed and then assembling an even more complicated metal bed with a shelf in the headboard, to replace the first bed. Trystin did a great job with both beds. For the second project, I hired Mr. Handyman to replace the way-too-thick sink backsplashes (which made it impossible to use the pull-up valves) in 2 bathrooms, with slimmer decorative tiles. Trystin worked on this project too. He found beautiful tiles and arranged them artistically, giving my bathrooms an added touch of class. I am very pleased with the quality of work I receive from Mr. Handyman.

I purchased 2 exterior doors and three storm from Home Depot and October 9th one door, and two storm doors were done. The person asked if he could put the other door in my shed and I told him yes, not knowing he wasn't coming back. I called Home Depot about the problem and they scheduled me for December 21st. I told them that was unacceptable. Long story short, I found Mr. Handyman online and called them and by it being so close to Christmas time I thought that I would get an appointment in January, no, Ms.Jasmine gave me an appointment on December 11th for the measurements by Tristan. He told me he was booked into January but they have another Tristan and he was just as good. He came out December 23rd the day before Christmas Eve. I was shocked. On December 23rd it had been raining and they kept abreast as to weather permitting they would be here. Tristan came to my house and installed my exterior door and storm door. Both Tristans were very polite and courteous. The work was excellent and the cost was the same as Home Depot. Mr. Handyman does just about everything and they are considerate of your time. Mr. Handyman earns your service and I will be using them again. Thank you Tristan, Tristan and Jasmine. Merry Christmas and a HAPPY New Year!!!! If you get a chance to be on hold check out their hold music. I thought it was funny!

Had a fabric fence installed over my existing old wooden fence. Matt T. Did a wonderful job of expertly attaching the fabric so that it is pulled taut and straight and will be able to withstand wind and weather. Looks like a new fence! ☺️

My tech, Anthony, arrived at the earliest time of my scheduled window, promptly at 9am. He was extremely friendly and went right to inspecting the area I needed repairing. He got to work and even took photos of the before and after to show me. He finished so quickly in about 20 minutes considering he had to climb on my roof. Will definitely be reaching back out for any future issues.
