I am delighted with the brand new garage door that Lee and Brandon installed. They were wonderful! They explained what was done and why it was done. They were very patient with my little 15-lb Yorkie mix, who thinks he has to protect the house no matter what. In sum, my experience with Overhead Door Company was phenomenal, starting with the consultation with Dwayne, continuing with the scheduling by Brianna, and ending with the actual garage door installation. Overhead Door Company is a business that keeps its word, is transparent about its cost, and provides excellent service through technicans like Lee and Brandon.
What a terrific experience!! My garage door needed replacement due to a collision when a lawn maitenance vehicle backed into it. Once the ordered materials for the door arrived at Overhead Door, an appointment was scheduled and Solomon, the technician, arrived right on time. He was friendly and very efficient. He noted that the door needed a couple more parts than was initially determined. That afternoon the office phoned and we scheduled another appointment for a couple of days later to install the needed parts. Once again, Solomon came on the designated date and time and performed exemplary. My garage door is perfect. Thank you Overhead Door!! I will recommend you to anyone needing a new garage door or garage door repair.
We locked our garage door - which we purchased a few years from Overhead Door Co. - and forgot to unlock it!!!! Then opened it (with it locked). Dwayne came out promptly and did a wonderful, thorough repair and we are back in service. I can't say enough good things about their company, customer service, value and the quality of their work. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience with Miller’s Overhead Door. Our garage door stopped working completely due to a broken spring, and Shawn came out to handle the repair. He ended up replacing both springs to ensure everything was balanced and even took the time to fix our sensors, which had been installed incorrectly by someone else previously. Shawn was professional, did a high-quality job, and even hauled away the old, heavy springs so I didn't have to deal with them. Highly recommend their services if you want the job done right!
