The best in Hampton roads! from the receptionist to the super friendly and nice hygienists, did Dr Kent himself...the best. they are all great with kids. there is a nice waiting area very spacious with toys for the kids to play with and the kids love getting a surprise from the treasure chest. I had several "big scary" dental issues that were handled promptly and my pain was managed very quickly.
I had a wonderful experience at the dentist. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the communication was excellent throughout the visit. The clinic was clean and well-organized, making me feel comfortable and at ease. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend them.
Horrible dentist office, I'd sincerely avoid. Their technicians are great, their billing department is atrocious. They repeatedly misinformed me about what they would charge, tried overcharge me by $100 until I threatened to walk out of an appointment only to find out there was a "biiling error", and then added services onto the same appointment without my approval or knowledge, and zero apology or explanation why I wasn't informed. The head of their billing was THRILLED when I calmly told her I wasn't coming back. Truly disgusting "service".
These folks always treat me like a REAL person! Their first concern is your comfort and that’s the most important thing for me! I had a bad dentist early on in my life which kept me from going regularly and led to some long lasting issues. Dr. Kent has been very considerate about letting me know the situation and leading me down the best path for the long run. Thanks guys!
Dr. Kent, Sr. has been extremely helpful to me after my previous dentist almost ruined my tooth after working on it 3 times. The fillings kept coming out because a tooth from the bottom teeth kept pushing on it and pushed them out. Dr. Kent realized the problem and did an expert and seamless repair, also adjusting the height of the bottom tooth. I have never had such a genuinely caring dentist! Everyone at the practice I have met seem to care and have such a positive disposition. It's also very lovely with stained glass windows and lamps in the waiting room and beautiful furniture. Hats off to them!!!
