We recently had our pool liner replaced and our pool stairs repaired and repainted by Pool Service Advisors, and the results are outstanding. Our liner was 15 years old, and the stairs had developed significant unexplained pimpling over time. Now the pool and stairs look brand new again. Don delivered on every promise he made throughout the process, and James went above and beyond with the work. Even in temperatures reaching the high 90s, he worked meticulously to ensure everything was completed properly and on time. His attention to detail and work ethic truly stood out. Highly recommend Don with Pool Service Advisors! He’s based out of Chesapeake and has helped me with opening and closing my pool as well as changing out my pool media. Every time he’s been professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and great at what he does. It’s hard to find people who really know pools and take pride in their work, but Don definitely does. He explains everything clearly, shows up when he says he will, and gets the job done right. If you need pool service, definitely give him a call!

Awesome people, can't say enough good things about them. I had a specific situation where I needed a diagnosis before just changing parts. They were able to find the issue (shaft seal on new motor put together by another company)and had parts on hand just in case. Service is affordable along with great communication and an awesome work ethic. I'll definitely be using them with my future needs.

I can't recommend this company enough. My family is brand new to having a salt water pool and we were absolutely clueless with how to handle it. Don came out and spent a substantial amount of time doing a full pool orientation with my husband and me. From talking us through the mechanics of the pool, the chemicals, and the components that go into pool care, no stone was left unturned. At the end he helped us test the water and add the necessary chemicals to ensure the pool water was balanced and ready to swim in. We really felt like the orientation was extremely thorough and helpful and exactly what we needed as new pool owners, and he assured us he's available for any further questions. I highly recommend!
