Yesterday I had an insulated garage door installed by their technician Jeremy. Their initial salesman Bryant came out to go over everything I needed and give me an estimate for what I was looking for because my door was ruined to the point it could no longer be opened and it was just letting in so much hot/cold air in the house. He was super helpful with helping me pick out an insulted door. The next day they had the door ordered and within 3 weeks from the initial visit for the estimate they had it installed. Jeremy has some serious skills as a technician, as he was able to gut everything from the old door and install the new door extremely fast. He was thorough in showing me everything I needed to know on setting it up. One of things he was able to do with the door that is going to make a huge difference in insulation is the rubber on the button for the door to keep it completely insulated. Even when my old door worked there was a gap to the outside so air still got in because of how the driveway settled when the house was built. Quite confident I’ll notice a difference in my dominion bill this summer with house much it needs to cool the house since my garage won’t be scorching hot anymore. Highly recommend precision garage doors and have already passed off their information to a buddy of mine.

Precision did a great job, from the person who can out and did the estimate and walked us through how the door we want would look based on the size of our garage opening, to the technicians who installed the door in less than 2 hours, to the QA group who responded to questions we had, it was fantastic service overall. The door and door opener are also super high quality and the door opener is unbelievably quiet. I can't recommend Precision highly enough.

My experience with Precision Garage Door was outstanding! My repairman, Bill, arrived in a timely fashion and was extremely courteous and friendly. We discussed my garage issues and were able to come to a repair process that met my needs and budget. The work was done quickly and efficiently AND it no longer sounds like an approaching earthquake when I open the garage door. All is whisper quiet with a smooth flow. I couldn't be happier!!! From sales to installation it’s seamless! We shopped around and most companies were charging outrageous amounts for a simple garage door. Brian came out and we had a great meeting. Very informative and a very fair price. The installation was quick and the door looks great!

Earlier this week, my wife and I experienced a programming issue with out garage door. The remotes, the hard-wired wall switch, and the garage door openers on the visors of our vehicles stopped working. We did all of the trouble shooting we could with no success. We called Precision Garage Door Service and had an appointment for the same day. Jeff Masters was our technician. He showed up in the middle of the four hour window we were given. Jeff was very nice and personable. I told him this was probably the easiest call he was going to have all week. Jeff inspected the garage door system, gave us some suggestions, fixed the programming and was on his way all in about thirty minutes.
