I spent months & $2000 to simply get a proposal... They initially "ballparked" the project at $800-850K. After 4 to 6 weeks turned into 8 weeks of waiting for the bid, they came back with a price of $1.2M. They say they hope to be within 10-20% of their "ballpark price" but came in 41% higher. Total waste of my time & money.

We recently had RBC enhance the front of our home. We did not have a covering over the front door. RBC listened to our ideas, added their suggestions and made our vision come to life. From start to finish RBC had us “covered”😉. We love our new facelift and will absolutely be reaching out to RBC for any future home improvements!

We had a great experience working with RBC. They designed a complete renovation of our beach home that incorporated all of our wishlist and did an incredible job seeing it through to completion (the rooftop deck is a favorite spot). Everyone on the team was very responsive. We are thrilled with the outcome and would work with them again.

We learned the hard way. We originally got a quote from RBC Homes for our roof and chimney but chose a lower-priced contractor to save thousands. The work done by that contractor was incorrect though, which we did not know until we started having water damage a week or so after it was completed. That contractor came back to 'fix' it twice but the damage kept getting worse, and there was always an excuse. Then he stopped answering our calls and we were in a bind to fix it asap so called RBC. They stepped in, found the real issue (many things were not done properly from the start) and they repaired everything the RIGHT way. Their professionalism, knowledge, and quality were night-and-day compared to the other contractor! In the end, we paid more than we would have if we'd just gone with RBC from the start! Next time we are skipping that major hassle and headache and going with the company we know we can trust, one that cares and does not cut corners. Thank you RBC Homes for being that company we can count on to do it right.
