Reitzel Roofing and Exteriors was professional from start to finish. We had 2 new skylights with solar powered shades installed. The service was done in a timely manner. The installers were great and protected the interior of our home from debris. They even send a Thank You gift! We will definitely use them again for our next home project. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reitzel Home Improvement did an amazing job on our new roof and larger back deck! Jacob, our sales rep, was honest, helpful, and took the time to explain all our options—he even brought in the right people to answer our questions. Alan was great too, working around our schedule to get everything done smoothly and on time. The whole team was professional, courteous, and clearly takes pride in their work. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Reitzel Home Improvement—especially Jacob and Alan—for quality work and outstanding service!

I cannot say enough about Marc and the whole team at Reitzel Home Improvement. After a bad storm I was in need of help with a leak, as a new home owner this process was stressful to navigate and I’m so glad that my friend referred me to Marc & Courtney because from the moment I contacted them my stress was out at ease. They were so helpful in providing information about what to do and got me scheduled so fast. I’m grateful they were able to fix my roof even though they weren’t the initial roofers who did the job. They made everything seamless, were very honest and helpful and I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you guys!

Reitzel Home Improvement just finished my windows on Friday. They were awesome. I found the company through neighbor recommendations. They were respectful of my home, the manager checked in with me every day, their cleanup was thorough, and they guarantee the windows and their work for 2 years. I see their signs all over the neighborhood. In addition to replacing two sliding glass doors that were leaking, they made sure the installation fully addressed the underlying water issue so we won’t have the same problem again. They also fixed my gutter and repaired a roof leak that the owner proactively pointed out while we were reviewing the door project. I truly appreciated that attention to detail — they caught something I hadn’t even noticed and took care of it before it became a bigger problem. It’s clear why so many people in our area recommend them. They’re local, professional, communicative, and they stand behind their work. If you’re looking for a reliable contractor who does quality work and treats your home with care, I highly recommend Reitzel Home Improvement. 5 stars all the way!

Needed replacement of chimney flashing and some associated repairs. Marc was extraordinarily professional, down to earth, and took time to explain everything clearly while showing pictures from while he was on the roof. On the day the work was to be completed, his employees were on time, incredibly professional, and completed the work expertly. I am really impressed and I can see why Reitzel Roofing and Exteriors comes so highly recommended. They are knowledgeable and undoubtedly knowledgeable, 10/10 recommend.
