⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with RIDD Pest Control, and I want to specifically recognize Jaden for the outstanding service he provided. He came out to take care of a bald-faced hornets’ nest that had formed in our holly bush, and he handled the situation professionally and efficiently. From the moment he arrived, Jaden was courteous, well-spoken, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the treatment process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was being done. His expertise and confidence immediately put my family at ease. What impressed me most was how personable and friendly he was throughout the visit. It’s clear that Jaden takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great service. Noah advised me yesterday this would be an assessment and the rodent traps. The tech was later than advised, after 12, he did inform me. He placed rodent boxes at the front of the house in full view of the street and none in the back yard where rodents have been seen under the deck. This was done in a couple of minutes both boxes are on either side of my front door. One in plane view I am not happy with this. Cannot get a clear resolution about this from tech

Adam came and treated my property and left a detailed report on the services he provided. I had a question regarding one of those services so he came back to the property and completed a more thorough service. Adam was very personable, professional, and a pleasant young man. He seemed very knowledgeable and did not seem the least put out that he had to return to the property. I am quite pleased at this point.

Tina did an awesome job when she came to service my house. She was very professional, upbeat and informative. She performed services that were listed as their regular service but was not previously performed by anyone else. I appreciate all of RIDD's staff that I have personally dealt with, but her performance was note worthy.

Davontay was outstanding! He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He also recognized that based on my location there was a service that would not work. He contacted his leadership and got my contract updated to a reduced price. I would recommend RIDD and make sure you ask for Davontay!
