These guys are great. Had the house torn apart, trying to find leak. Rain expected. Sean and Jason were able to come over and fix my tubspout the day I called. I then patched everything up and stayed dry. Wife was happy.

Sean and his colleague did a great job for us in Virginia Beach at a reasonable price. He even stepped up during his visit to address a few other issues we had and fixed everything perfectly. If anyone needs a reliable, reasonably priced plumber, Sean is the best guy for the job!

We accidently nicked a pipe and certainly were stressed not knowing who would be immediately available. We called Sean from Sean Fixes Johns and he thankfully was not to far from the home. We were able to get on schedule right away. He came diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time at all. The work was extremely professional, great customer service importantly at a fair price. I will use Sean again for all of our plumbing needs. Other companies try to take advantage of emergency situations and try to increase the bill, but Sean was honest and fairly fixed the issue. Contacted Sean to temporarily move and cap a gas line in our crawl space so that a joist could be repaired. Spoke with John and explained what I needed done. He understood what I wanted done and asked several questions about access, existing pipe, other gas appliances etc. Him asking questions and explaining what may need doing gave me a sense that I contacted the right company who was familiar with working on gas pipes. Sean came by to look at the pipe a few hours later and promptly completed the work then. He will return to reinstall the pipe after the joist is repaired. No payment until then. Great experience and very professional.
