Josh Moore is awesome ! Gave us Exceptional customer service , courteous and concerned care gocen to us in a stressful time. A wonderful representative for Servpro. Josh wanted to make sure we knew what was going on every step of the way and explained things clearly to 2 elderly people hard of hearing . Servpro remidarion arrived quickly on a weekend morning after a plumbing leak disaster . Honestly we couldnt be happier with having Josh in charge. He is such a nice young man. Servpro was the best call I could have made. They responded quickly and efficiently. Everyone I interacted with was great, but Lisa stands out as someone I had multiple conversations with regarding insurance payment expectations. It’s a confusing process and she really helped me understand what to do with multiple checks, deductibles, mortgage companies and so much more. Definitely would recommend. Thanks again!!!
