I would definitely recommend Smiley's to anyone looking for excellent service, quality & affordability! We received 3 estimates and Smiley's was actually the lowest. I sent an email Monday morning looking for an estimate to replace our existing heat pump/air handler unit. I received a call back that afternoon and got an appointment for an estimate the next day. Rick Higgins, PM/estimator, arrived the next morning to give us an estimate for a new system. Rick was great, he never tried to up sale and was upfront about logistics, install times & financing costs. The following Monday the install team Brandon, Jack & BJ arrived promptly to install the new system. I cannot say enough about these guys, they were very professional, polite, informative and even took time to answer all of my questions! They arrived at 10 am and to my surprise were finished by 4 pm. They cleaned up so well we couldn't even tell they were ever there. I would give them more stars if possible! MIke F

We recently had our new AC system and ductwork installed by Smileys, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. As someone who has worked as a supervisor in the construction industry for years, I pay attention to communication, cleanliness, professionalism, and overall workmanship — and these guys absolutely impressed me. The crew was courteous, respectful of our home, and kept everything clean throughout the entire project. They checked in with us before making decisions and kept us updated every step of the way, which goes a long way in my book. Lead installer Jack was outstanding and clearly takes pride in his work. Frankie, the salesman, was also excellent to deal with from the beginning — honest, responsive, and never pushy. The whole team at Smileys made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and easy. It’s hard to find contractors these days who communicate this well and still care about the quality of the job, but these guys absolutely do. The finished work looks great, everything is running perfectly, and I’d highly recommend Smileys to anyone needing HVAC or ductwork done.

I couldn't be more pleased with our HVAC maintenance appointment. The technician Dakota S was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and above all else was on time. He explained everything that he did in terms I could understand. I believe our systems are in good hands with Smileys Heating and Cooling and their techs such as Dakota. Highly recommend this company for all heating and cooling needs.

Although I ultimately went with another HVAC company, I appreciated my experience with this team. The representative wasn't always the easiest to reach directly, but the front office staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful whenever I called. They were understanding as I navigated some personal emergencies that delayed my decision and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Overall, I had a positive experience with their customer service and appreciate the professionalism they showed throughout the process.

Harold is the best! He really cares about making sure my unit is taken care of and that I'm satisfied with his work. When he came last week to do the 6-month maintenance inspection he found an issue and he came back this week and took care of it. He was again friendly, knowledgeable and took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Again I give Smiley's and Harold an A+ and a +10! Will definitely recommend them. My system is still under warranty and it did not cost me anything. So far Smiley's has gone above and beyond and Harold is awesome.
