Excellent Pool Installation with Outstanding Customer Service I highly recommend Solid Structures for anyone considering a pool installation. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations in multiple ways. First, the installation timeline was impressively fast. They completed our pool ahead of schedule without cutting any corners on quality. The workmanship is excellent - the pool looks fantastic and functions perfectly. What really sets Solid Structures apart, though, is how they handled the few minor issues that came up after installation. Instead of making excuses or dragging their feet, they immediately stood behind their work and made everything right. Their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction showed us that they truly care about their reputation and their clients. The crew was professional, respectful of our property, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They answered all our questions patiently and made sure we understood how to properly maintain our new pool. It's rare to find a company that delivers both quality work and exceptional follow-through. Solid Structures did both, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to choose them. Our backyard has been completely transformed, and we're enjoying every minute of our new pool!

OK, bear with me here. Full review. My wife and I moved to Virginia Beach in August 2024. Lifelong Midwesterners. No need for an inground pool our entire lives. Part of the moving deal I made with my kids was that in exchange for positive attitudes, that we would get a pool once we got to Virginia. We shopped around for numerous options and builders and landed on solid structures. This, aside from moving to Virginia, may have been the best decision we made last year. Aaron and Kim and Alex and Stephen made the entire process easy, collaborative, and fun. We had very specific ideas of what we wanted and what we did not want (maybe we were not the easiest clients) and they listened and delivered the entire way through. Communication was such a massive deal for us as we had just moved, had never owned a pool, and had not embarked on such an ambitious landscape project ever before. The communication and updates throughout the build was top-notch. We never had to question when somebody was going to be at the house or what they would be doing when they were there. The whole process took about three months and finished on time and on budget. Along the way, we added a few things that we didn’t know at the beginning we would want, and they accommodated every request. As great as the communication and build process was during the project, I am all the more impressed with the support and follow up we have received after the project was complete. They have trained us on how to be competent pool owners, have always been on call for any follow up questions, and have checked in regularly to ensure that everything is in proper working condition. When a small piece in the pump was working incorrectly, they fixed and replaced it within 24 hours For no charge whatsoever. Landscaping, hardscapes, pool installation, are all huge investments of time, money, and energy. And having a partner like Solid Structures is massively important. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. The end result is a pool and landscape that my wife is in love with, my kids are enjoying regularly, and I feel great about.

Fantastic work on my paver patio. It is exactly what I wanted, even better. The work was done quickly. Fabio is a master at his craft. I am so so very happy. I would use Solid Structures again in a heartbeat!

Solid Structures built a pavilion, paver patio and fire pit for us. Alex, our project coordinator was very easy to work with. She responded quickly to questions we had. Carlos, who was there every day during the pavilion build was awesome to work with. He explained what was going to happen each day so we knew what to expect. The pavilion, paver patio and fire pit are beautiful and just as we envisioned it would be. Lucky, Steve and Matt were also on site to supervise and clarify questions. We are very happy we chose Solid Structures for this project.
