Tidewater Structures just did our full demo and renovation. Their timeliness and efficiency in completing our project was astounding, no quality spared. Less than three months they were able to completely transform our space of over 3000 sq feet! Clarke and Wil put together an amazing team and our superintendent, Josh, was the absolute best! We are so pleased with the outcome and the fact that they were able to mitigate any potential delays. They heard and addressed any concerns that arose along the way and worked tirelessly to get us to the finish line!

Selecting Tidewater Structures to build out our store was one of the best things we did on this journey to bring MilkShake Factory to Virginia! Wil, Clarke, and Josh were professional and worked hard to gel together everything from the corporate team, the Build’M project managers and the various vendors and inspectors to make this landmark store a reality. There knowledge-base, agility when dealing with challenges, and local connections were paramount to the successful build. In addition to our guests loving our products, we hear constantly about how beautiful the space is and have heard everything from it being perfect for families outings, date nights, and hanging out with friends. We’ve also already been asked to host a baby shower! We look forward to what the future brings and working with them in the future again. Highly recommend!

We had Tidewater Structures build an in-law suite addition and a new driveway for us, and we are so glad we chose them. Wil, Clarke, Tim, and the whole team are very efficient and thorough, and are clearly committed to the quality of their work. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every step of the project, and when any issues arose they were quick to rectify them. We couldn’t be happier with the results. If you want the project done right the first time, call these guys. There’s no one better. From start to finish they were prompt, kept their word, and completed the job at the highest level. It’s hard to find good contractors who not only do excellent work, but are fair and honest. The scope of the project ended up being smaller than anticipated and they adjusted their rates accordingly. They never rushed to get it done, kept us informed and in the loop the entire process, and never tried to upsell us on things we didn’t need. Cannot stress this enough, it’s hard to find someone that trustworthy. Definitely recommend this team, and 110% will be calling them again with future projects!
