Good afternoon!!! I’m a satisfied customer of Vinx Pest Control! They always have the best customer service and are willing to assist all your needs without hesitation. Today, my home was serviced by their technician, Mr. Cameron! Even though I missed his phone call letting me know that he was in route, I received a reminder text of my appointment as well. I truly appreciate the text messages due to my busy schedule. Mr. Cameron arrived right on time! He was polite, his uniform was neat, and he didn’t have an issue with me showing him all the key areas that needed treatment! I left before the service was completed because I had to take my daughter to school. While I was at the school, I received a text message letting me know that my service was completed, along with that text was a link to a video message that Mr. Cameron sent explaining his visit and all the areas he treated. When I came back home, I felt truly relieved because I knew Mr. Cameron not only treated my home, he took extra time and care on the concerned areas too! Thank you Mr. Cameron for servicing my home today, I truly appreciate it! No more spiders or wasps around my windows or my front porch! I highly recommend Vinx Pest Control! ALL of their technicians are highly knowledgeable, experienced, and trained however, call today and schedule an appointment and ask to be serviced by Mr. Cameron! You won’t regret it! William has serviced our property twice now and has done an excellent job both times. We had an ant issue in the house that has now resolved. We were getting palmetto bugs in the shed. Gone now. Mosquito treatment also is helping. We do live on a lake so that is a challenge. So far so good. Thanks William!

Cameron has been treating my home and is absolutely amazing. I am usually in meetings for work and am able to communicate with him through my doorbell. He is always kind and courteous and I love the Vinx sends video at the end of every treatment. I live in a very buggy area and am grateful for the service! I recently lost my job and Vinx worked with me to maintain my contract. Thank you so much 💕

Vinx really seem like they're a pest control company that cares and ACTUALLY do what they advertise. I was originally introduced to them by Silas, which is a great rep by the way, and managed to convinced me to give them a shot as Terminex just wasn't cutting it... Tristin was our tech that came out and answered all my questions and provided a great service. He was polite and very patient while I bombarded him with a list of questions. Since this was a first time service I'll see how things go but I'll be recommending Vinx to my neighbors and friends. You guys are awesome, thanks again Tristin!

Our technician, Tristan provided a thorough explanation of what he’d being doing and about how much time it would take. I love that he wore the shoe covers when he came inside. He listened to my concerns and even reached out to a specialist to visit as soon as possible. This company is doing great.
