I first looked at the SolarKit for a plunge/soak pool I am building at our winter home at Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. I was referred by the manufacturer to Garry at Worldwide Solar Solutions. After I made my inquiry, Garry kept in touch. Once I decided to purchase, the logistics of getting the kit (7 boxes with total weight of 155 lbs) from Worldwide's warehouse in Virginia to my casa in GT was a problem that Garry help me solve. We used a transport company that sells boxes at Latino bodegas up and down the Eastcoast. There was a bodega about 5 miles from the warehouse. Garry went out of his way to take the kit to the bodega and pack the kit into two large boxes and pay the agent at the bodega in cash. Long story short, it took about 3-4 weeks and the boxes showed up in Panajachel. The pool is still under construction, but I was down last month and the guardian and I put together one of the units. Worldwide's service is great. I have even consulted with the engineer about a few times regarding modifications I am making to the system for my installation.
