We reside very close to the beach in Virginia Beach, and over time, the marine air and subtle salt spray created a humid, slightly metallic buildup in the depths of our ducts which meant that every time the HVAC unit ran, it had a stale smell. Xtreme Air Duct Cleaners were amazing. The two technicians on-site had extensive knowledge about coastal conditions and their effects on ventilation systems. It was more than vacuuming (although they did that very well). They applied a power brushing rotating system combined with an internal sanitizing fog meant to combat any biological growth from moisture.

The first thing that we did on our list was to get our AC system deep cleaned prior to the summer heat. The guys from Xtreme Air Duct Cleaners were fantastic. They were very thorough in their process and took the time to explain it to us as they completed each step. We finally felt relief over not breathing the dust and allergens from the previous owner of the home. It’s hard to find a company in Virginia Beach that are this punctual and tidy. Very impressed!

I noticed that my AC had a tough time keeping up with the heat in the afternoons. It would run for EXTREMELY long cycles and never reach the target temperature. When Xtreme Air Duct Cleaners came for an air duct cleaning, they assessed that the problem was definitely airflow restriction. They cleaned everything very thoroughly, including the main intake, which had a buildup of fine city dust and lint, as well as the return vents. Now, my system has great air flow, it responds to temperature requests quickly, it efficiently cycles and I have a much cooler home. Thank you for your help!

Our laundry room is right next to a huge HVAC return, so I was convinced that the lint from the dryer has been getting sucked into our vents for years. Xtreme Air Duct Cleaners came out for a deep air duct cleaning and got all that old fuzz out. You can actually feel the difference, the airflow is much better now.

Our house gets rattled by the jets a lot and the shaking was causing the old insulation in the attic to loosen. Xtreme Air Duct Cleaners in Virginia Beach did a wonderful job with the air duct cleaning. I was really fascinated with their attention to detail. Great work, Xtreme!
